WSI Top of the Line Communications (TLC)

TLC had its beginning in the Ad Tracking business.  In 2005 Lew Halpert (30 yrs computer industry experience with IBM and Computer Guidance Corporation) and William Edwards (over 13 yrs yellow page sales) founded AdNumbers - dedicated phone numbers placed in advertisements to track performance and consequently advertising dollars.  After a few years, as it became apparent that the yellow page print industry was beginning to see a decline and after thorough research, TLC decided to join WSI and open a National Sales office.  Since our opening in 2008, we have added other top internet marketing specialists to our team.  With our combined experience, we have the talent and knowledge to help privately owned businesses increase sales and control advertising costs through yellow page consulting and internet-based marketing solutions.
